After more than two decades as a New Jersey speech-language pathologist, I have had the privilege of working alongside dedicated educators, administrators, families, and related service professionals who share a commitment to helping students thrive. Throughout my career, I have seen both the rewards of this work and the growing challenges facing schools today, including staffing shortages, increasing demands, and a marketplace that does not always support the professionals providing these essential services.
Fine Point Therapy Services was created to be a different company. I am not a career recruiter or corporate staffing executive. I am a school-based clinician who understands the realities of special education, IEPs, evaluations, therapy services, and the daily demands of working in schools. Having experienced education from multiple perspectives, as an aide, a clinician, and a contractor, I understand the needs of schools and the professionals who serve them.

Years of consistent work alongside schools and clinicians have created a deep understanding of how schools function, the knowledge and relationships that make student support successful, and the unique ability to bring every piece together to optimize student outcomes and experiences.
